01Who you are buying from
Lost and Found is a collective of interdisciplinary arts based in Maastricht, the Netherlands. Orders on this site are sold by [legal entity name], registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [KvK number], VAT number [VAT number], at [street, postcode, city]. 02Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and include Dutch VAT. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payment is handled by Mollie B.V. through the methods offered at checkout. Your order is final once the payment is confirmed, and you receive a confirmation by email.
03Delivery
We currently ship inside the Netherlands only. Shipping costs €3.70 per order. We hand your parcel to the carrier within [X] working days and deliver within 30 days at the latest, as required by Dutch law. If we cannot deliver in time we tell you, and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
04Refund policy
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email lnfsupport@gmail.com with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days of that email. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Return shipping is at your cost. Refunds are handled by us by hand, not automatically: once the return is in, we confirm by email and send the full amount, including the original shipping cost, back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving the return.
05Defects and complaints
Every item is checked before it ships. If something arrives damaged or wrong, mail us within a reasonable time with a photo and we repair, replace or refund it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Dutch consumer law. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
06Privacy policy
We store the details you enter at checkout (name, email, delivery address, order) to fulfil your order and to meet our legal bookkeeping duties. Payment data goes directly to Mollie and never touches our server. We do not sell your data, we do not send newsletters you did not ask for, and this site uses no tracking cookies. Your cart is kept in your own browser only. Ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you.
07Products
Garments are made in small runs and may vary slightly from the photos. Care instructions are listed with each item. Print and fabric credits belong to the artists named on the product.
