We process this data to perform the agreement with you and to comply with our legal obligations, in particular the retention of administrative records.
Emails
We send emails only about your order: order confirmation, payment status, shipping confirmation, refunds and withdrawal confirmations. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails.
Recipients
We share personal data with the following service providers, to the extent necessary for their services. We do not sell personal data.
- Mollie B.V.: payment processing. Payment details are entered directly with Mollie, which processes them under its own privacy statement.
- Supabase: storage of order data, on servers in the European Union.
- Resend: sending order emails.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
- [carrier, for example PostNL]: delivery. Receives your name and delivery address.
Where a provider processes personal data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. Personal data may also be shared with our accountant and, where legally required, with government authorities.
Security
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in systems that are not publicly accessible. We do not store payment details. A data breach affecting your personal data is reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and, where required, to you.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. We cannot delete data that we are legally required to retain, such as administrative records.
Send requests to lnfsupport@gmail.com from the email address used for your order, or state your order number, so that we can verify your identity. Requests are handled within one month, free of charge.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Other provisions
We do not use automated decision making or profiling. This website is not intended for persons under 18. We may amend this privacy statement. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
