Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have 14 days to return the items. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached, in the original or equivalent packaging.
How to return
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, using the withdrawal form, by email to lnfsupport@gmail.com stating your order number, or with the model withdrawal form below. We will confirm receipt by email.
- Send the items within 14 days of your notification to [street and number, postcode, Maastricht], the Netherlands. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. You bear the return shipping costs.
- We refund within 14 days of your notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items or you have provided proof of shipment.
Refunds
The full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, is refunded to the payment method used for the order. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct the resulting reduction in value from the refund.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or personalised, or to sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or turns out to be defective, contact lnfsupport@gmail.com, stating your order number and including a photo. Defective items are repaired, replaced or refunded under the statutory warranty. We bear the return shipping costs for defective items.
